If these Terms and Conditions are amended, each order shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of the order.

Making A Purchase
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within the order, however, we may refuse any order at our discretion.You may place your order with us by completing our online order form. You can identify and correct any errors which may have been made before placing your order. We do not retain copies of online contracts and recommend that you print and retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order acknowledgement e-mail. Please note that these Terms and Conditions are only available in English. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Shipping And Handling
Standard Delivery (Monday to Friday) £5.00 including VAT (usually 3-4 days from confirmation of order) anywhere in the United Kingdom.Saturday deliveries can also be arranged, at no additional charge, by special request (please contact Boutique Manager at Boutique Perfumes as set out in clause 8, Returns and Exchanges below). In order to arrange a Saturday delivery, please ensure your order is received by us in sufficient time for us to despatch the products by Thursday.Please note that we are not able to despatch products at weekends, so orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will normally be despatched asearly as possible the following week.In normal circumstances, we will always endeavour to despatch your order within 3-4 working days (sometimes less, sometimes more). During busy periods however (such as Spring and Christmas time), orders may take up to a maximum of 30 days to deliver unless we specify otherwise.In all instances, it is of utmost importance that you supply correct and full postcodes.As an official stockist for the fragrances and skincare products represented by this site, we regret that we are not authorised to supply or deliver fragrances outside of the United Kingdom. By agreeing to these Terms andConditions, you confirm that you are resident in the United Kingdom.All goods on the Website are subject to stock availability. Should an item you have ordered be out of stock at the time of processing, you will be notified, by e-mail, as soon as possible.Ownership of any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you on the sooner of the date when the products are delivered and the date of the first attempted delivery by us.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
The prices payable for products that you order on our Website are quoted in £ pounds sterling, including VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.Prices are not inclusive of delivery costs.Boutique Perfumes reserves the right to alter the price of products. We promise to you the prices that are indicated to you when you place your order unless we inform you of an error in the price quoted or of an increase in our prices after your order is received, and in which case you will be given the option of re-confirming your order at the new or correct price, or cancelling it. If your order is cancelled we will provide a full refund.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
At Boutique Perfumes we sincerely value your custom and we always endeavour to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with the products ordered.Should the items you have chosen not meet your approval, please return them to us unopened and unused within 14 days. The products must be returned in the same condition as at delivery, we shall be pleased to arrange an exchange or credit.Should an item become out of stock we will aim to communicate this via our site, however, if there is an unforeseen out of stock situation, you will be notified within 3 working days and, if you do not wish to wait, you will of course have the right to cancel the order.

Returns Policy
Should you have a need to return goods, please e-mail boutiquemanager@boutiqueperfumes.co.uk, or contact the Boutique Manager by tel (01932 821367), fax (01932 821298), who will be pleased to assist you by forwarding a Returns Form.Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.When returning goods (except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by Boutique Perfumes), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods.To return products, please: 1. Complete the Returns Form (available by emailing the Boutique Manager at boutiquemanager@boutiqueperfumes.co.uk). 2. Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the reasonable cost of any returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging from any amount refunded to you. 3. Send it backto: Boutique Manager Boutique Perfumes Hill House Monument Hill Weybridge Surrey KT13 8RXPlease note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us subject to your Faulty Goods rights below. As we are sure you will appreciate, this is for reasons of hygiene. The products must be returned in the same condition as at delivery.To help us process an exchange or credit note when returning goods, we should be grateful if you could supply details of how you paid as well as contact details and of course the returns number (reference point i).We also highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service or that you at least obtain a receipt from the Post Office as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
